Story[]
Cecily is first seen in Victors Hollow overhearing a barker advertising the arena tournament when a newcomer in town asks about Gustav, one of the finalists in the tournament. Noticing his sword, she thought to herself that he could be of use to her.
Using Ned to size him up, she approaches the knight to give him advice on how to talk to Gustav, which was to enter the tournament in place of one of the other tournament fighters by way of a duel and to ensure as many people saw it as possible. Asking for his name in order to draw up a contract, she and Ned are shocked to find he is none other than Olberic Eisenberg himself.
After Olberic defeats two low-end fighters looking for trouble, she appears again to advertise him to the public. His duel with Victorino, one of the eight remaining finalists, won him his spot on the tournament roster.
Cecily and Ned supported Olberic and let him know who he was facing next, as well as wished him luck behind the scenes. After his victory in the tournament, they saw him off in the town entrance, as he thanked them for their help.
